Jewellery Concept 2016

This internationally recognised retail group appointed us to conceive, design, manufacture and implement a new concept for their jewellery display concession spaces. Showcasing a number of brands the brief was to a create a concept with a clear aesthetic style, whilst providing the ideal backdrop for displaying a range of jewellery styles.

Inspired by vintage jewellery and classic furniture, but with a modern and contemporary style the new concept has an eclectic personality. Rather than a generic family of display fixtures, a complementary collection of furniture pieces echos the collectable ethos of both vintage furniture and jewellery.

Using brass detailing and retro inspired forms alongside curved detailing softens the appearance, whilst the clean white lines and incorporation of digital POS displays ensures the concept can house multiple brands and provide flexibility of both layout and display.

Benefiting from the combined inhouse creative and technical design teams, this service facilitated the efficient development of the initial concept through to production. A modular kit of furniture was conceived, with key elements shared to minimise manufacture and installation time. Storage was a priority, with every unit including drawers and shelves to increase capacity.

Completing the end to end service our implementation team installed the initial concept into House of Frasers London flagship store, completing the design with a textured wall covering to define the concession space.

The new concession will be rolled out across multiple stores across the UK showcasing the latest jewellery collections of major brands such as Ted Baker, Lola Rose and Michael Kors.
